In order to develop and provide an accurate cost proposal for a boundary survey, we will need to review the legal description of the property and study the survey history of the area. (* indicates a required field)

  • Please feel free to email or fax us with additional information that you can provide about the property. This will help us to locate the pertinent information that we will need to develop accurate cost estimates. Besides the information listed above, this could included: Parcel ID, Section, Township, Government Lot or ¼-¼ Section, Previous Survey Information (Certified Survey Map, Lot-Block of Subdivision).

If we fully understand why you want or need a survey, we can plan our work to meet your expectations of what you want to accomplish by having a survey completed.

For most boundary surveys, we can provide a fixed fee contract for the work. Some types of work, such as providing expert witness exhibits and testimony, can not be confined to a fixed fee quote. Subdivision work requiring approvals from municipalities also often cannot be confined to fixed fee arrangements due to the unpredictability of the approval process. In these cases, we will provide cost estimates of the various phases based on our vast experience and proceed with a time and materials contract based on our current hourly rates.
